    It normally takes 2-3 days to pick up a return shipment after placing a return request. If your return request is more than 5 days old and you have not been contacted by our logistics partner, then please provide the following information
    We do not have an exchange policy, however, we do have a 15-day return policy, valid from the date of delivery of the order. All returnable items should be unused, intact and in their original packaging (labels, tags, boxes) along with the invoice.
    Payment of non confirmed orders is remitted back to the payment mode within 3-4 working days. In case you haven't received the refund for more than 5 days since placing the order, please provide the following information
    Refund is processed within 5 working days of return shipment reaching our warehouse, subject to receipt of undamaged and correct product. In case you haven't received the refund within 10 days of returning your product, kindly provide us the following information
    Kindly login to your account to cancel a confirmed order from My Accounts section. We will be happy to cancel your order if it has not left our warehouse. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, however you can refuse to accept the shipment when our logistics partner attempts delivery of the package.
